Returns Policy

If you wish to return items bought from Narbeth Candles online you may do so for refund or exchange by notifying us within 14 days of receipt by email. Proof of purchase is required.

All items must be in their original, unused and saleable condition. And returned to us within 30 days of purchase.

You will be required to pay for the return of the items.

 

Exchange Policy

If you don’t love the fragrance you have chosen you may choose to return the candle and/or diffuser to us for an exchange by notifying us within 14 days of receipt by email.

You will be required to pay for the return of the items and we will return your new fragrance free of charge.

All returns must be in their original, unused and saleable condition and returned to us within 30 days of purchase.

 

Cancellations

If you decide to cancel your order you need to notify us by email. If the item has been shipped we will be unable to cancel the order.
